General Pants Co. often referred to as just "General Pants" is an Australian fashion retailer carrying both international and national brands, specialising in street, denim, skate and surf clothing.
In addition to the General Pants Co. brand, the Group previously owned the leading surf brands Surf Dive ‘n' Ski and Jetty Surf and operates a number of Billabong concept stores.[3] The Australian surf wear giant company Billabong acquired 38 Dive Surf Dive ‘n’ Ski and Jetty Surf retail stores from the General Pants Group and associated parties for an undisclosed amount on 1 November 2010 along with two licensed Billabong stores.[4]
